2. What data I collect and why

I do not sell your data, I do not use it for automated decision-making, and I do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask for one.
3. Cookies and similar technologies

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google's servers when a page is displayed.
4. Who I share data with
Only with service providers needed to run the website and handle enquiries, under data-processing terms where required:
- Website hosting provider: [hosting company]
- Form or email delivery service for the contact form: [service name, or "Gmail" if enquiries arrive by email only]
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) for displaying fonts
- Accountant and tax authorities, when legally required
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. In that case I rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long I keep your data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client project data: for the duration of the project and a reasonable period afterwards for support.
- Invoices and accounting records: as long as the law requires (currently 7 years in the Netherlands).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to receive it in a portable format. Where I rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email sagodicsenge@gmail.com; I will reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own country.
7. Security
I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including secure connections (HTTPS) and limited access to files and accounts.
8. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
